How can I track my order that has already been shipped?

A few hours after your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email from our shipping partner. Alternatively, you can log in here and track all orders already shipped from your account: Track orders.


Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to ship your order. We usually ship orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Please note that sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the shipping partner to process the shipment upon receipt.


Can I change when and how the shipment is delivered after it is shipped?

Yes, this is possible in some cases! Our shipping partners will always send you an email with a package notification. You can use this to specify the desired delivery location and change the delivery day.


What happens if I am not met at the first delivery attempt?

If the parcel carrier does not find you, you can use the tracking function to see whether your parcel has been left with a neighbor or at a branch, for example. Sometimes a second delivery attempt is made. You can find all updates in the shipment tracking that you received when your order was shipped.


My package should have arrived by now. Where is it?

Please check the tracking to see if the package has been left with a neighbor, for example. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us. Don't worry: we will find your package or at least a solution.
