You can track whether the shipment has already arrived at our warehouse via the shipping service provider's tracking number on the return label. Please note that each return must be inspected and processed before a refund will be issued.

Processing of returns usually takes 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after receipt, but in some cases up to 14 days.
