We believe that too many orders are returned on the Internet and thus pollute the environment. At VIVI MARI customers order consciously to save resources. If, exceptionally, our products are not to your liking, you as the buyer will bear the costs of the return shipment. In some countries, we offer the option of receiving a return label for a fee via the returns portal. If you use this service, we will charge the indicated costs for the label with the refund of the purchase price. Otherwise, you as the buyer are always free to use a shipping service provider of your choice.
