Incomplete deliveryUpdated 2 years ago

We are sorry that your order was not delivered in full. There are two possible causes.

  1. An item was not in stock and will be delivered automatically. Please note that the item may still be listed on the delivery bill. This is especially the case if you ordered in-stock items and items that were not in stock at the time of your order at the same time.
  2. An item was mistakenly not included in the delivery.
