Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available exclusively within the EU and can be selected at the end of the checkout process.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) before 10:00 AM are usually dispatched on the same day. Delivery generally takes place within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Free Shipping

To receive a return label and get a quick refund, register your return here: Register Return. At VIVI MARI, customers order consciously in order to conserve resources. If, exceptionally, you do not like our products, you as the buyer will bear the costs of the return shipment. You can find more information in the right of withdrawal.

In some countries you can apply for a return label via VIVI MARI. If this service is available in your country, you can optionally request it in the returns portal. Regardless of this, you as a customer always have the option to commission a shipping service provider with the return shipment yourself. We recommend an insured return shipment.

At VIVI MARI, customers order consciously to conserve resources. Should you exceptionally not like our products, you as the buyer will bear the costs of the return shipment. You can find more information in the right of withdrawal.

You can notify us of your return or exchange request for defect-free products within 30 days of delivery. Please use the "Register return" function. You can find more information about the right of withdrawal in our explanations about the right of withdrawal.

Please register your return in advance in our returns portal so that the return can be quickly assigned and processed. You will receive an email with the correct return address for your order.

lease always follow the washing instructions on the care label of the product. 

Our rainwear (rain coats, rain jackets, rain pants, and rain hats) is machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius. Use a detergent suitable for membrane clothing and follow the specific washing instructions. Additional waterproofing is not required, as occasional washing helps maintain the material’s water-repellent properties and breathability. 

Activewear can be machine-washed at a maximum of 30 degrees. We recommend a low spin cycle, washing inside out, and with similar colors. Air dry. Do not iron.

Our bomber jackets, teddy jackets, and vests are also machine washable at 30 degrees and should be air-dried afterward.

If your Padded Bag or PU bag has surface stains, we recommend gently cleaning it with a damp, lint-free microfiber cloth. 

The Bucket Straw Bag should be cleaned with a dry, lint-free cloth. No waterproofing is necessary here either.

You get an error when redeeming the voucher? Check the following points:

1. Does the discount code require a minimum order value (e.g. 100 €)?
2. Does the discount require another item to be added to the shopping cart?
3. Check if the discount code has already expired.

Our rainwear is coated with PU (polyurethane). PU makes textiles windproof and waterproof while remaining flexible and abrasion-resistant. This makes it a more environmentally friendly alternative to PFAS-based coatings. By the way: all our products are PFAS-free.
